How to create a Quick Launch icon

Lost of Windows Quick Launch icon or Show Desktop?

Last week, when I using my friend notebook, I realized that he had mistakenly deleted the Quick Launch Icon for nearly a year. I just wondering how can he not using this icon for such a long times. Anywhere, I had created one for him already.

Ok, Here is the quick tip to create Window Quick Launch icon for those who have mistakenly or intentionally deleted the Quick Launch icon for “Show Desktop” (Minimizes everything else / shows the Desktop)

Pretty Simple, Just follow this few steps
1. Open Notepad
2. Type the following text:


[Shell]
Command=2
IconFile=explorer.exe,3
[Taskbar]
Command=ToggleDesktop


3. Save the new file as Show Desktop.scf
4. Click and drag your created icon on the or whatever place you want the this shortcut to appear.
