InfraRecorder is a freeware that provide burning solution for CD/DVD. It works under Microsoft Windows and offers a variety of great functions; all through a simple to use application interface as well as Windows Explorer integration.
InfraRecorder is released under GPL version 3.

* Fixate discs (write lead-out information to prevent further data from being added to the disc).
