In brief, Microsoft GIF Animator is a classic animated GIF computer software program from Microsoft Windows. It was a freeware that available in the Microsoft Download Center. However, the download file only available in MSDN and third party download sites.
As a whole, the program create simple animated GIF files that based on the GIF89a file format. It was also bundled with Microsoft Image Composer and Microsoft FrontPage.
