HISTORY

The group was founded in 2013 by Knut Øversjøen and Lars Baustad, whom has experienced in excess of 10 years as colleagues.

The business philosophy is to capitalise on wast international management experience within a broad range of industries.

The amition is to create an active ownership environment, based on long term relationships with key stakeholders, representing financial and industrial clients.

The company’s headquarter is located at Tjuvholmen, Oslo.
